Box 1354, Palisade, CO 81526, was deemed complete for the purposes of <br />filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to continue conducting underground coal mining <br />operations in Pitking County in Sections 34 and 35, T8S, R89W, 6th P.M, and is <br />Garfield County in Sections 20 and 29, T7 S, R88W, 6th P.M. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Stony Ridge. A copy of the application is available for public inspection <br />at the Pitkin County Courthouse, 506 E Main, Aspen, CO. Written comments, <br />objections or requests for an informal conference on the application may be <br />submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, Room 423, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567.
