Frei do Sons, Inc
Silt Pit, Garfield Co. - MLR Permit #81-202
This is in response to your review letter dated June 20, 1983. The
numbering coresponds with your letter.
A. 1. Yes
B. 1. The 4-6 years is the time we allow Por revegetation to take.
We do not expect it to take that long to accomplish the
reclamation work but it may take that long for the
vegetation cover to establish itself.
C. 1. Yes. The operator plans to have a number of smell seeded
topsoil stockpiles located around the plant end processing
area.
C. 2. Dropped by the division during the meeting on June 20, 1983.
C. 3. This has been added to the revised Reclamation Estimate.
Thank you.
C. 4. The plants for the asphalt, concrete batch, and concrete
casting operations are to be leased to other contractors.
If this operation were to fail for any reason the owners of
these plants would remove them from the sites. We do not
feel that bonding for removal will be necessary.
