PUBLIC NOTICE
Trapper Mining Inc., P.O. Box 187, Craig, Colorado 81626, intends to construct two
new sediment ponds and modify the design of several sediment pond spillways at
Trapper Mine in 1994. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act
and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing.
Trapper Mine is located 61/2 miles south of Craig, Colorado, on State Highway 13.
The affected area to which this technical revision applies is portions oC Sections 26,
27, 28, T6N, R91 W.
The above-mentioned tract of land is shown on USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle map
of Castor Gulch, CO. A copy of the technical revision application is available for
public inspection at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig,
