Shaft <br />Dear Mr. Walker: <br />The Little Snake Field Office has completed its review of the above-referenced revision <br />applications. The permit renewal has been found to conform to the Mineral Leasing Act of <br />February 20, 1920, as amended, for development, production, maximum economic recovery, and <br />to applicable regulations of 43 CFR 3480. No modification to the existing Resource Recovery <br />and Protection Plan will be required at this time.
