On December 12, 1994, Greystone and the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology agreed that the response to the adequacy issues would follow approval of the <br />revision in the Torm of a stipulation response, to expedite the approval process. The signed Decision <br />Document is attached, acknowledging the stipulation. <br />There are three questions associated with the adequacy letter which predominately concern certification <br />issues. Responses to these questions are listed in the order in which they are asked. <br />SLURCO and Greystone acknowledge that failure to meet erosion protection pertormance standards <br />associated with impoundment structures may resurt in enforcement action in the future. <br />2. The description of the Pond No. 1 analysis has been modified to include Figures O-1, O-2, and O-3, <br />and the total submittal is certified. <br />3. Figure O-4 has been modified to include a certification. Information on the Pond 002 plan view and <br />embankment cross-sections were previously provided by Wyoming Fuel in Figure 3, entitled <br />'Reclamation Project, As-Built Topography,' dated 11/10/87.
