The issue, as we have discussed, is the <br />inclusion of the "access road" in the particular appendix. The road is <br />already identified as a part of the Permit, in other documentation which is <br />considered a part of the Permit Package, but not in this particular <br />document. <br />Since this change will require redrafting of the particular map, then <br />obtaining P.E. signature approval, it is not something that can likely be <br />obtained any earlier that the first part of January, 2001. We will seek to <br />provide it to you expeditiously, in order to bring this Technical Revision <br />application to a successful conclusion. <br />Please contact me if you have questions. <br />Donald W.
