(Rozman Pit 2z Miles South of Crested Butte.) <br />This is to inform you, <br />...that John and Mailyn Rozrnan has deeded to SherNOOd-Easley Partnership one <br />and one~uaxter acres (1.25 acres)' of a tract of land that Valco leases for <br />our Rozman gravel pit. This portion is covered under our bond for reclamation <br />with the state Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />This land has not been disturbed. We are asking the state to release us fran <br />our bond on this 1.25 acres.
