(BMRI) San Luis
Project field logbook, page 217 verifying the Geld pH value associated with
monitoring well M-15. As discussed earlier this week, the field pH value 8.89
recorded with the M-15 sample collection on January 29, 2002 exceeded the permit
limit value of 8.81 standard units (s.u.). As required by TR-15, BMRI completed a
verification pH reading associated with this value on Apri14, 2002 and as
demonstrated by the copy of the attached field logbook recordings all pH values
were below the 8.81 s.u. permit limit.
Following review of the above and attached photocopy page of the field log book
should the Division have any questions, please contact either Mr. Julio Madrid (719)
379-0799 or myself (719) 379-0798.
_ - Since - -
Da d Lon~~
Environmental Coor inator II
cc: Bill Lyle
file
P.O.
