FG
~~"~'0~oi ~ 1999
Mir~ra~& ~o%Y
Attached is the Technical Revision as you requested, with the plan to control stormwater runoff at
the east end of this pit. A copy of the receipt from the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder, as well
as the required $150.00 fee are enclosed.
The slopes on the north side and the east end of the pit will be backsloped at 3: 1. As you suggested,
a diversion dam will be placed at the east end of the pi[ in the small drainage on the south, which will
divert this water to the north drainage.
A dam, which will constitute a sedirr ent trap, will be built across this north drainage to conVOl water
runoff. There is a naturally vegetated swale immediately north of the dam to be constructed which
will serve as a natural outlet or overflow.
The operator feels that this will be a very effective solution. A drawing showing the proposed dams
is attached. `
Thanks for your help.
Cordially,
l 1
LI d V.
