Letters A and B on the enclosed drawing are
the open water portions of the old channel and include fringe
wetlands - these were determined to be the only jurisdictional
areas.
I spoke with Skip Harding, consultant to Ron Richardson, on
August 15, 1994, and was told that impacts to the jurisdictional
areas would probably be three to five years in the future. They
are aware of the need to obtain a Section 404 permit if areas A or
B will be impacted.
I hope this meets your needs. If you have any more questions,
please call me at (303) 979-4120 and reference ID #199480504.
Sincerely,
Sandra E.
