(CAMAS), will comply with the "Regulated Construction Option" requirements <br />outlined in the March 29. 2000, Minerals Program Policy Mema regarding "Policy on Application <br />Reviews Involving Lined Sand and Gravel Pits." CAMAS has already provided design drawings and <br />specifications for the installation of the slurry wall along with a quality assurance/quality control plan. Per <br />the requirements, CAMAS will: <br />• Provide a cons[mction report detailing the installation of the slurry wall, describing any problems <br />that occurred, and listing the results of testing that was conducted under the approved quality <br />assurance/quality control plan. <br />• Provide a certification from the quality assurance engineer that the slurry wall was constructed in <br />accordance with [he approved plans and specifications. <br />Please call me if you have any questions.
