Simpson, P.E.
State Engineer
These are revised comments regarding the proposal to construct a new temporary
sediment control pond (Pond 012), which is to have a permanent pool of 0.9 acre-feet.
Based on discussion with the Division Office and our critical stream flow lists, water is
available for appropriation at the proposed site. As such, water maybe impounded without a
plan for augmentation.
Our previous letter of December 3, 2004, was based on my review of an out of date
critical steam flow list. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact
me if you have any questions regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Craig M.
