Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Permit Revision No. 1, File No. C-81-010 <br />Dear Mr. Humphries: <br />As Mike Long discussed with you on Monday, June 1, 1987, the Division has <br />decided to incorporate two of your recently submitted revisions into Permit <br />Revision No. 1. This action will simplify our review process and eliminate <br />some of the required publication notices and Division approvals. <br />The revisions to be incorporated into Permit Revision No. 1 are your submitted <br />MR-47 Deletion of certain proposed topsoil stripping areas, and TR-35 -New <br />ash pit area in the Ashmore Pit. These revision request numbers will be <br />listed in our records as having been withdrawn as of today's date, and will be <br />incorporated into your Permit Revision No. 1 file. <br />You should make sure that these changes are made in your copies at the county <br />courthouse and in the copies on file at the USOSM offices. <br />If you have any questions, please contact us. <br />Sincerely, <br />Gregg R.
