RE: Cresson Project, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1980-244, Revision No. TR-34
Dear Lewis:
On Apol 25, 2000 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application
submitted to the Division on Apri13, 2000, addressing the following:
Topsoil relocation and storage area, material storage area, granodiorite borrow area, victor
landfill borrow area, electrical substation relocation area, portable carbon columns, and
access road to ADR.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 34 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit
No. M-1980-244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-L980-244 remain in full fotrs
and effect.
The total Financial Warranty in place for the operation is $23,073,200.00, of which a cushion of
$131,070.00 was left in place by the operator in anticipation of such minor changes. Out of the
$131,070.00 cushion, this revision utilized $100,000.00, which leaves a total of $31,070.00 as a cushion
for future minor changes.
