Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trus[ee <br />On March 30, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on January 12, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Amending reclamation plan to allow for the frlling of the majority of a 45.75 acre pond to prevent the <br />evaporative loss ofground water. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1986-079.
