The <br />conditions to the approval are noted below: <br />Stipulation No. <br />Description <br />2. Transit Mix will submit to the Division a copy of the onsite inspection report as well as the <br />in-situ test that wit l be conducted by the State Engineer after the completion of the construction <br />of the berm. <br />The amount of financial warranty set by the Division for this operation is $396,000.00. There is an existing <br />Financial Warranty in the amount of $261,000.00.
