Bryon Walker has verified that the
proposed asphalt paving is consistent with the original design of the access/haul road. I
have verified the proposed paving will comply with the haul road and access road
requirements of Rule 4.03. The operator will submit a new as-built certification for the
road after paving is completed. The operator's cost estimate of $1,409 for reclaiming the
asphalt appears reasonable.
Office of Office of Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey
