Long <br />Division Director <br />On October 17, 1994 the Division proposed to approve, with conditions, the above mentioned <br />permit transfer applications. No ob echoes to the transfers were received by the Division during <br />the public comment period, and ~eneca Coal Company has accepted the conditions on the <br />Diviston's decision.
