This permit revision includes the following <br />items: <br />• The repair of the West Ridge Pond by adding three French drains; <br />• Reconstructing slope in the slumped areas to a 3:1; <br />• Redirecting ditch into existing drainage inlet; and <br />• Regrading previous ditch location to prevent standing water. <br />These facilities are located in the NE '/< of NW %4, Section 13, T 4 N, R 86 W, Routt County, <br />Colorado. The post-mining land use of these facilities will remain Agriculture/Forestry. The <br />purpose of the facilities will be to stabilize the eastern side of the West Ridge Pond and to <br />prevent additional slumps. <br />Enclosed, are three copies of the above referenced Edna Mine Permit Technical Revision. <br />The technical revision material has been formatted to enable direct substitution of the revised <br />pages into the permit document. The following materials are provided under this cover letter: <br />• Application Form for a Revision to a Coal Mining and Reclamation Report; <br />• Index of Changes form indicating whereto insert permit changes; <br />• Revised Page TOC-33, TR-46, 09/22/06; <br />• Revised Page 4.6-96, TR-46, 09/22/06; <br />• Exhibit 4.6-19b, West Ridge Sediment Pond French Drain Design; and <br />• Proposed Notice of Publication. <br />
