The revision calls for an <br />increase in permit term (five years rather than the current three), <br />the construction of a haul road connecting the mine with <br />neighboring Munger Canyon Mine, and the expansion of the permitted <br />acreage to include five additional coal leases. <br />I am in need of assistance in reviewing the application for <br />adequacy, specifically in these areas: <br />Soils Resource Information 2.04.9 <br />Vegetation Information 2.04.10 <br />Fish and Wildlife Resources Information 2.04.11 <br />Topsoil Removal and Storage 2.05.3(5) <br />Topsoil Redistribution 2.05.4(2)(d) <br />Revegetation 2.05.4(2)(e) <br />Disposal of Debris, Acid-forming and Toxic-forming materials <br />2.05.4(2)(8) <br />Fish and Wildlife Plan 2.05.6(2). <br />Your evaluating these portions of the application would be greatly <br />appreciated. <br />The application was deemed complete July 12, 1991, the adequacy <br />decision being due September 06, 1991. In order to meet this <br />deadline, it would be helpful if you could provide the requested <br />information on or before Friday, August 16, 1991. Thanks! <br />
