Section 1.0 reports 1998 <br />reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed. <br />Section 2.0 is the Annual Hydrology Report and is composed of eight subsections. <br />2.1 Climatological Data <br />2.2 Pit Dewatering and Consumptive Water Use for 1998 <br />2.3 Mining Advancement and Ash Disposal <br />2.4 Monitoring Points <br />2.5 Hydrological Data (Hydro-Engineering Inc. report) <br />2.6 Hydrological Trends <br />2.7 Spoil Spring Sampling <br />2.8 WET Testing Results <br />Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstmction efforts 1987-1998. It consists of a narra- <br />tive segment describing our reconstruction methods and results as well as a map showing the locations <br />of our drainage reconstruction efforts minewide. !n 1998, approximately 10,320 feet of drainage con- <br />struction work was performed in the Pyeatt and No Name drainages. Drainage repair work was <br />completed on approximately 26,900 lineaz feet of East Pyeatt, West Pyeatt, Johnson, No-Name, East <br />Buzzard, Oak, and Coyote drainageways during the 1998 field season. <br />Section 4.0 is the recontoured spoil sampling section. This section includes site specific spoil analysis <br />data and a map showing spoil texture and sample identification numbers for Ashmore pit only. No <br />samples were collected in Flintlock pit during 1998 as no regraded areas were completed. <br />Section 5.0 is a narrative and map showing topsoil stockpiles constructed in 1998 and proposed 1999 <br />topsoil stockpile locations. Additionally, the map has been updated to show all existing topsoil <br />stockpiles minewide with appropriate identification numbers. The narrative and accompanying Table <br />5-1 describes topsoil stockpile locations, size and approximate volumes. <br />Section 6.0 is the stock tank and dozer basin section. This section comains a nazrative and a map of <br />stock tank and dozer basin locations. Table 6-1 reflects the revised as-built stock tank density. <br />P.O.
