Cottony <br />Division DIlQCfOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On January 25, 2006 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on September 15, 2005, addressing the following: <br />Amendment to 112c Application, increasing acreage to include access road and water discharge pipes. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2005-021. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Pernvt No. M-2005-021 remain in full force and effect. <br />If you have not already done so, please submit bond in the amount of $231,503.00.
