(BMRI) has completed C nstruc- <br />tion of the INCO SOZ detoxification system at the an Luis <br />Project. The system has been operated with water, but we <br />continue to be plagued with minor start-up problems nd will <br />not be processing slurry by the october 15, 1992 deadl'ne. We <br />expect to begin processing slurry by october 20, 1992 ut will <br />keep you informed of our progress. <br />we will follow this letter with a detailed letter ascrib- <br />ing the delays and start-up problems.
