The proposed mine is known as the Penrose Ranch's, and is located at or near Sections 18, 19, 20, 30, 31, 32, Township 19 south, Range 68 west, 6t1i Prime Meridian. The proposed commencement is May 01,2003, and the proposed date of completion is Life of the Mine. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland.
