At that point, swell-graded road with <br />accompanying ditches will be replaced along neazly the same map view as the one <br />is currentiy. <br />The area of surface disturbance at this time is measured at neazly 8.3 acres and <br />with the addition of l .5 acres of new disturbance; the total disturbed area will still <br />exist well within the 10 acres currently bonded. <br />Thank you for your proarpt attention on this matter. <br />ISilnPcerely <br />" P ~' <br />Chris Pyles <br />
