The stockpile of asphalt waste material noted on the west <br /> portion o Fthe gravel pit has been removed. In addition, dirt piles and some street sweepings <br /> have been removed as well. We will be careful in the future to keep unapproved material away <br /> from the permitted boundaries of the gravel pit. <br /> The City of Lamar would like to request a release of reclamation responsibility for the <br /> East 2.284 Acres of the currentgravel pit. This area is noted on the attached drawing. The <br /> reclamation requirements have been satisfied for the primary use of the land to be Wildlife <br /> Habitat. Thisportion of the-Navel pit has not been in use for years, allowing for the re- <br /> vegetation of the various species of grasses that are evident currently. These grasses have <br /> provided adequate cover and are well established from years past. <br /> A certified letter was hand delivered to Prowers County and a copy of the signed receipt <br /> is attached. Thank you for working with us and I trust the requirements for the release of the <br /> East 2.294 Acres have been satisfied pending your final inspection.
