Due to an objection received on the City of Golden's Amendment No. 2 application, the Division
will be making a recommended decision on September 10, 2004. A Formal Public Hearing will
also be scheduled for the September 22-23, 2004 Boazd Meeting for consideration of your
amendment application over an objection before the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Boazd
("Board"). The Division will present its recommended decision and rational document to the
Board at the September 22-23, 2004 Meeting. Due to the timeframes and dates involved, please
be sure to respond to the Division's adequacy concerns regarding fugitive dust control, and legal
right of entry on or before September 7, 2004 to allow adequate time for review. Also, please be
sure to include two (2) copies of your adequacy response.
