Dear Mr. Frei:
I have been reviewing files that I have worked on considerably over the last few years and noticed that; although, the
acreage reduction you requested on Mareh 3, 2004 was entered into the Division's record system that an approval
letter was not generated.
On May 10, 2004, the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology approved your request for release of a portion of
the permit area from further reclamation responsibility.
The permit area was reduced to 99.49 acres, through the release of 5.51 acres in this permit action Because the
permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees.
