Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine Permit No. M-1999-120 Division DlreaGr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Dear Party and/or Interested Person: <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has received an objection to the permit <br />amendment application for the Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine. <br />Therefore, staff has scheduled the matter for Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, for consideration. The hearing for consideration the Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel <br />Mine permit amendment will occur during the January 19 8 20. 2005 Board meeting at Centennial <br />Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, commencing at 10:00 a.m. or as <br />soon thereafter as the matter can be considered on January 19 or 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter s the <br />matter can be considered on January 20. Parties and interested persons will have the opportunity to be <br />heard. <br />A Pre-hearing Conference has been scheduled to occur on January 12. 2005, beginning at 10:00 a.m., <br />at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Ms. Sandra Brown will preside as Pre- <br />hearing Conference Officer.
