Our October 7, 2002, letter stated a <br />concern with the alignment of the requested access on 1200' Avenue. <br />Please find attached a revised graphic submitted to us by Mr. Ewegen on October 10, <br />2002, showing the access at the location agreed to by this Department and the City of <br />Commerce City. <br />Please confirm for us that this graphic is now part of the application in Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, Case Number M-201-085. If the graphic is part of the case, then we <br />no longer have any objections.
