The Division has received from RCG/Hagler - Bailly, Inc. the revised
projected budget for the third party monitoring projec~ (Ann N,aast

For compensation for time spent by the tried party monitor c__ ='.e
original third-party monitoring report that exceeded the :scope of work
_.. the contract. Per cenversations between all partie:c and per my
conversations with Ann Maest, it was indicated that the excess amount
of time should lie minimal, perhaps several hours.
Therefore, the Divisior. recommends that the revised budget be accepted.
The Division also recommends that the contract be amended to reflect
the addition of approximately $10,000 to the contract. The Division
recommends further that RCG/HBI refund to BMRI that amount equal to
lilac spent on Cxcess worn on t2ie original report.
