<br />Pursuant to the conditions of the notice published in the Valley Courier, the public comment
<br />period for AM-02 closed on February 20, 2007. During the public comment period, the Division
<br />received the following objections to AM-02:
<br />On February 13, 2007, the Division received an objection to AM-02 from the Montes
<br />Ditch members, dated February 7, 2007, copy enclosed;
<br />On February 13, 2007, the Division received an objection to AM-02 from the Centennial
<br />School District R-1, dated February 7, 2007, copy enclosed;
<br />On February 12, 2007, the Division received an objection to AM-02 from the Rio Culebra
<br />Agricultural Cooperative, dated February 2, 2007, copy enclosed;
<br />On February 8, 2007, the Division received an objection to AM-02 from the Town of San
<br />Luis Board of Trustees, dated February 7, 2007, copy previously provided;
<br />On February 7, 2007, the Division received an objection to AM-02 from John C. McClure,
<br />submitted on behalf of the Costilla County Conservancy District and the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Costilla County, dated February 7, 2007, copy previously provided;
<br />On February 5, 2007, the Division received an objection to AM-02 from Bridges of Health,
<br />dated February 1, 2007, copy previously provided;
<br />On February 2, 2007, the Division received an objection to AM-02 from Costilla County
<br />Committee for Environmental Soundness, dated January 30, 2007, copy previously
<br />provided.
