RECEDED
JAN 3 02006
Greg Lewicki And Associates ~ ~ui~a,~k~al,and~,~
1(541 Warrington Court Phone: (303)346-5196 Fax (303)-34fi-fi934
Parker, CO USA RU13R E-Mail: lewicki7@comcast.net
Steve S. Shuey / January 24, 2006
DMG Grand Junction Field Office
101 South 3'~ Street, Room 301 '~~N Z .5
Grand Junction, CO 81501 _~ /
'~ act /
RE: Anderson Pit (M-2005-021) Second Adequacy Review of Amendment No. l to
the 112c Application
Deaz Mr. Shuey,
I have addressed the adequacy issues in the attached document. All issues have been
addressed in the same order which you presented them in.
14. As discussed on the phone, all of the trees on the Fredlund property have been
knocked down and aze currently in a pile ready to be burned as per a private
agreement.
37. As discussed on the phone, the western pipe which will be used for the purpose of
dischazging water from the settling pond will be cut to the same length as the
eastern pipe. It is expected that by this time, Mr. Hutchins will have determined
the location of the ditch which will be installed in the 100' buffer. Once the pipe
is cut, the ditch will be extended to allow for additional water in the ditch, thereby
doubling the capacity of the ditch. The location of this ditch will be submitted to
the DMG as soon as Mr. Hutchins has made a determination of the location.
If you have any questions please feel free to call me at (303) 810-4377.
Sincerely,
Greg Gibson
Greg Lewicki and Associates
