WFC is currently obtaining the appropriate approvals from the county and state <br />governments for construction of this leach field. Since this does not alter our reclamation <br />plan and/or our bond at the New Elk Mine, I do not believe that construction of this leach <br />field should be treated as a minor or technical revision.
