King Mountain Gravel, LLC commits to using the seed mix <br />and planting recommendations described on the attached spreadsheet for permanent reseeding of <br />disturbed areas instead of the NRCS-recommended mix that was originally submitted with this <br />conversion application. <br />To allow the Division sufficient time to review this information and calculate a new reclamation bond, we <br />request an extension of the decision date for this application to Tuesday, March 15. 2005. However, <br />we would appreciate receiving any additional adequacy review comments early next week (by March <br />8`n) if possible.
