Dr. Division Director <br />Colorado Springs, CO 80904 Natural Resource Trustee <br /> <br />Re: Glacier Peak Mining, Permit No. M-2003-030, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Dorris: <br />On June 12, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on May 23, 2007, addressing the following: <br />1. Allow blasting. On site by an independent blaster <br />2. Increase the disturbance on site A & site B for the Smoky Hawk Claim. The maximum affected acres for the site can <br />not exceed 9.9 acres <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2003- <br />030.
