The particulate emission control measures listed on the attached page Les approved by the <br />Division! shall ba applied to the pertlcuiate emission protlueing sources as required by <br />Regulation No. 1, Section III.D.1.b. <br />2. Visible emissions from processing equipment tranatar paints shall not exceed twenty percent <br />(20%1 opaofty during normal operation of the souroe. During periods of startup, process <br />modrfiaation, or adJuatmant of control equipment visible emissions shall not exceed 30% <br />opacity for more than six minutes in any sixty eanseouNve minutes. Opacity shall be measured <br />by EPA Method 9. (Reference: Regulation t, Section 11.A.t.B 4.1 <br />3. This source shalt he limited to a maximum production rate as listed below and all other <br />activities, operational rates and numbers of equipment as stated in the appiicaiion. Daily <br />records of the actual production rats shall ba maintained by the applicant and made availahle to <br />the Division for inspection upon request.
