(WWL), agent for Occidental Oil Shale, Ino. (OOSf), received your letter <br />regarding Logan Wash Mine (Permit M-77-424) Amendment No. 1 Preliminary Adequacy Review on <br />December 1 ~`, 2006. As aclalowledged by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS), <br />the review was submitted late, as the approval date for the Amendment is December 4'~. The adequacy <br />review requests that Occidental address 6 items.
