Please be advised that on December 12, 2001, Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc., whose address and telephone
number are 1590 W. 12th Ave., Denver, CO 80204; [phone], filed an Amendment application to
M-1983-067, Stagecoach Pit, which is located at or near Section 35, Township 1S, Range 67W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Adams County. The application decision is scheduled for March 12, 2002.
