Fuller: <br />On May 14, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from Transit Mix of <br />Pueblo, Inc. to Continental Materials Corporation for this operation. Continental Materials Corporation is now the <br />permitted operator of the Barnhart Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-1984-008, as <br />well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Continental Casualty Company Corporate Surety <br /> <br />$69,470.00 <br />These have been released as of the May 14, 2003 Division approval for the succession of operators.
