Accordingly, the Board requests that your <br />office provide information concerning the advisability of granting the request <br />versus requiring full reclamation. One area of concern is whether there is any <br />potential danger from disturbing the surface due to the type of ore that was <br />mined. Or, from a public safety standpoint, is it better to leave the surface <br />area undisturbed. <br />If we should address these questions and concerns to another office, please <br />advise as to whom we should contact.
