Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County <br />is now the pemutted operator of the Colona Gravel Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. <br />M-1994-005, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty you originally provided.
