Pit (Permit M-2002-14) Amendment AM-O1 Decision Date Extension Request <br />Mr. Means, <br />United Companies requests another extension of the decision date for the above referenced <br />permit amendment from January 31, 2007 to March 1, 2007. I did not allow enough time <br />when I requested the first extension to address the comments from Mesa County and a <br />couple of the items in the Preliminary Adequacy Review.
