The permitted acreage remains 9.99 acres. <br />Tlzis approval is conditioned upon appzoval of acreage release regzzest AR-1. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. I approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1999-071.
