We own and operate the MFM Farms #1 oil well in SENW Section 12 T1N- <br />R67W. We have specific requirements concerning setback from our wellbore location, <br />access road, tank facility and flowlines, including, but not limited to: <br />1) 300' x 250' rectangle centered on the wellbore location to permit redrilling <br />operations if required; <br />2) 30' running surface on all roads for lease & well access <br />3) 75' usable buffer zone around surface separation and tank facility <br />4) 30' running surface for repair work above any flowlines <br />This notice also serves as our intent to preserve our right to a hearing before the Board. <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter.
