Alpine Rock currently has a permit for Swan River <br />Resource for 352 acres, where if 190 acres are released from the permit, 162 <br />acres will be the new permit boundary. Alpine Rock is not currently requesting <br />any surety reduction in conjunction with this acreage reduction request. <br />Property Ownership <br />Alpine Rock Co. had a lease agreement with French Gulch Mines Inc. and B&B <br />Mines in 1993, which was for a period of 5 years. Since then ownership within <br />the permit boundary has been transferred from B&B Mining to a number of <br />different companies.
