The memo addresses the <br />"Draft Technical Specifications for the Construction of The Shores Resource Slurry. Wall" dated <br />January 2003, a recalculation of the required financial warranty and a review of the Tetra Tech RMC <br />slope stability analysis for The Shores Resource site dated Januazy 28, 2003. Please note that the. <br />Division is requesting that some minor changes be incorporated into the technical specifications and <br />that the required financial warranty has been revised.
