We have no problem with this one-time allowance, due to their inability to get
to the site until just this last week, as long as the work done falls within that outlined by Mr. Klco, namely limiting
operations to daytime only, backfilling, top-soiling, rip-rap production and construction of berms, channel
structures and road repair, with no crushing allowed . These are all things that we wished to see anyway before
production resumes again next summer, and are in support of them getting this work done this fall.
If you have any further questions or comments, please contact us.
Sincerely,
~~O"`~
James L.
