Kauffinan: <br />On Apri129, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to <br />the Division on Apri14, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Revise the seed mix for the Phase I area. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1999-069.
