The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) submitted adequacy review comments in two letters dated September 10, 2003 and September 23, 2003. The information and discussion below addresses each comment as it was presented by the Division. Several attachments are included to address the adequacy review comments. The attachments include: 1. North Eagleview Regional Detention Pond, Concept Phase Report, March 2003 2. Design Report, North Eagleview Regional Detention Pond, July 2003 3. North Eagleview Drainage Channel (construction plans), July 2003 4. Revised Exhibit F, Reclamation Plan Revisions, October 2003 5. 600 Foot Well Location Map, Figure 1, October 2003 Sentember 10, 2003 Letter 1. Exhibit F -,the Reclamation Plan Revisions map has been revised to include the appropriate signature. 2. Exhibit F -the revised Exhibit F, Reclamation Plan Revisions, illustrates the outlet elevation at 4669 feet. The text for TR-005 states that the anticipated final groundwater lake surface elevation is 4669 feet and that the lake outlet elevation will be at approximately 4670 feet. More accurately, the North Eagleview Regional Detention Pond Design Report modeled flow out of the pit lake at an outlet elevation of 4669 feet.
